About Andy

In 1998 at age 35 Andy co-created Veryfine Products Fruit2O (now a product of Sunny Delight Beverage Co.), the first no calorie fruit flavored spring water product that ultimately reinvented the bottled water industry. Two years later in 2000 Andy found himself at a crossroads and decided to leave his position as a multi-million dollar division head for an international corporation and pursue his passion to train and coach business leaders.

In 2002 he founded High Capacity Leaders, which equips influential men and women to engage in mission-driven initiatives, and achieve greater results by developing better people skills. Andy has worked with leaders and teams from E & J Gallo Winery, Coca Cola, Chick-fil-A, Veryfine Products, Cott Beverage, Northwestern Mutual, Mattress Firm, IBM, AT&T and UBS Financial.

Andy was born in Cleveland, OH, and earned a Bachelor of Business degree in 1985 from Kent State University (where he was Co-Captain of the State champion – Kent State Rugby Team.) He is also a graduate of Coach University. Andy is an internationally Professional Corporate Coach PCC and a Certified Life Coach CLC. He and his wife of 22 years, Nikki, live in Atlanta, GA with their three children. In his spare time, Andy enjoys extreme sports such as motocross, mountain biking, and adventure races. In 2008 he completed his first 50k ultra marathon. In 2010 Andy is publishing his first book The 40:40 Principle – To live the life you want – ya gotta have the right people!
